I-75 exit numbers are mile markers North from Miami. In the following directions, do not confuse I-75 exit #275 (SR 56) with the I-75 exit to I-275.
From the North using I-75: Go South on I-75 to exit #275. *Go to common directions from I-75 below.
From the South using I-75: Go North on I-75 to exit #275. *Go to common directions from I-75 below.
From I-4: Off I-4, take the I-75 North exit 14 miles to exit #275. *Go to common directions from I-75 below.
*common directions from I-75: Off I-75,take exit #275 (S.R. 56) West. Go West ½ mile. At traffic light, S.R. 56 ends and merges with S.R. 54. Continue through intersection for approx. 4 ½ miles to U.S. 41 (Land O Lakes Blvd.). Turn Left. There are 2 left turn lanes and you will want to get in the right-hand one as you will quickly need to make the 1st right onto Leonard Rd. (There’s a big red building on the N.W. side, across the R.R. tracks on the right.) Go ½ mile to Lake Como sign, just past the Lutheran church on the right. Follow private Cot Road to office on the left.
From the South using I-275: Go North on I-275. Exit on Bearss Ave. (Exit #53) Turn right to traffic light and turn left (North) onto U.S. 41/Nebraska Ave. Proceed North on U.S. 41 for approx. 10 miles to Leonard Rd. Leonard Rd. is about one block before S.R. 54. There’s a big red building on the N.W. side of U.S. 41. Turn left (West) onto Leonard Road. Go ½ mile to Lake Como sign, just past the Lutheran church on the right. Follow private Cot Road to office on the left.
From the West: Go East on S.R. 54 to U.S. 41 (traffic light). Turn South (right) onto U.S. 41. Take the first right one block South of S.R. 54 onto Leonard Rd. (There’s a big red building on the N.W. side, across the R.R. tracks on the right.) Go ½ mile to Lake Como sign, just past the Lutheran church on the right. Follow private Cot Road to office on the left.
From Tampa International Airport: from airport take Veteran’s Expressway North (Toll Road #589) about 13 miles. Approx. $1.75 for tolls. Veteran’s Expressway becomes Suncoast Parkway. Take the Dale Mabry exit cutoff. Highway ends in another three miles, then turn left onto Dale Mabry Hwy. Go north approx. 10 miles to Leonard Road and turn left. (This is just before S.R. 54. There’s a big red building on the N.W. side, across the R.R. tracks after you turn.) Go ½ mile to Lake Como sign, just past the Lutheran church on the right. Follow private Cot Road to office on the left.
From St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport: Take I-275 East-Tampa (across Howard Franklin Bridge) to Veteran’s Expressway (Toll Road #589)….then follow instructions for Tampa Int’l Airport above.
