On a tight budget?    Bring a tent and set up camp.  Otherwise, get a room to crash for the night. Three price ranges; accommodation locations are shown on our resort map.

Persons with limited mobility: Please let us know your needs when you reserve. One South Grove cabin is designed for handicapped access. We are working to improve accessibility as we make improvements throughout the resort on older facilities. We have a hydraulic chair lift at the pool and wheelchair-accessible ramps to the lake boardwalk and Butt Hutt bar and deck.

South Grove cabins – lakeview cottage:

5 units. 4 new cedar cabins in our RV park area offer screened porch, living room, full kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, bath.   The lakeview cottage is an older unit but has a full kitchen, bedroom with king bed, living room, bath, and it is near the lake and pool.

May thru September:

•   $498.00 per week
• $1,210.00 per month

Motel suites & rooms with private bath:

8 units: Lakeview mini-suites #11, 13, 15 & 17:  living room, bedroom with queen bed, fridge, bath. Sandspur rooms #1 & #10: room with king bed & sofa or futon, fridge, bath. Cypress A & B:  room with king bed, fridge, bath.  No kitchens in any of these units, but there are convenient adjacent charcoal bar-bees and picnic benches for an al fresco grill!

May thru September:

•    $60.00 per night
•   $360.00 per week
• $1,080.00 per month

Sandspur dorm-style rooms with shared bath:

8 units: For the budget-conscious:  room with queen bed and shared bath. Rooms #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9. Hey, you’re not planning on staying in your room anyway, are you? Our 4-unit outside hot water shower is only a few hundred feet away.

May thru September:

•    $41.00 per night
•   $246.00 per week
• $738.00 per month

General terms & conditions:

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• An additional adult sharing a room is charged 1/2 price per additional person.
• Daily membership entrance fees are not included in lodging, long-term RV or tent site rates but are included in daily and weekly RV rates.
• Check-in is 2 PM.  Check-out is 12 Noon.
• Lake checkout is available up to 2 PM if room is not reserved, for an additional $10.00 charge.  Please check with front desk.
• One-night non-refundable deposit required for all reservations.
• A 48-hour cancellation notice is appreciated and will result in a deposit refund for motel accommodations only.  (Does not apply to long term RV deposits.)
• For late check-ins after 10 PM, please make prior arrangements with the front office.
• Early departures and inclement weather do not warrant a refund.
• Two nights minimum stay on special event weekends.
• Cooking is only permitted in units with kitchens.
• Non-smoking units subject to availability.
