Lake Como Resort

a family nudist resort and community since 1941

In Germany, it’s called FreiKörperKultur (free body culture). In the USA, it’s most familiar as nudism. In the rest of the world, it’s most often known as naturism.

We believe that the human body is intrinsically noble, and that accepting yourself and others as they are under the mask of clothing can be a liberating and even spiritually uplifting experience.

Naturists come in all shapes and sizes, so the fear of many that they need to have a ‘perfect’ physique is misplaced.

Social nudity is today widely accepted at many beaches, resorts and spas around the world. In the USA, it is practiced at hundreds of resorts, as well as at accepted clothing-optional beaches such as Haulover Beach in South Florida and Wreck Beach in Vancouver.

Most naturists will tell you that the feeling of freedom is something that needs to be experienced to be truly appreciated.

Isn’t it time to see for yourself and check if off your bucket list?

“What spirit is so empty and blind, that it cannot recognize the fact that the foot is more noble than the shoe, and skin more beautiful than the garment with which it is clothed?”
